Our websites are built on solid open source content management systems that provide our clients with the flexibility to maintain the sites themselves, or call or e-mail our support team who can make modifications for them.
We usually supply websites as a managed service, hosted in our Tier 1 datacentre in Sydney, but we are happy to also work with third-party hosting providers or assist clients with self-hosting options.
Clients can minimise support costs by purchasing a block of support time in advance, known as a Support Pack, which can be used as and when required over the following year.
